"We had a two day stay in a family room. Very clean and was ready ahead of check in . Very good customer service at desk. We didn’t manage to get hotel parking but there were plenty of car parking facilities very close to hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate and seemed to cater for all tastes. Overall a very good stay"

"First time staying here and very impressed. Nice room with lots of space and a big bed. The bathroom included a bath tub and separate shower & the shower was good too. Not one that turns your bathroom into a wet room. Restaurant was out of service due to renovation but there are plenty of good places to eat within a short distance. Pool and the Thermal suite (steam, sauna and ice igloo) were good too. Overall very good and I will be returning on my next visit to Sheffield."

"The room was excellent. Everything was clean and spacious. I loved using the steam room and swimming pool. Itwas wonderfully quiet on Friday evening. On Sunday the opposite as there was a baby swimming session going on. Amusing and fun to watch however. And still there was a swimming lane clear The swimming area was not as clean as the rooms but I would definitely come here again anyway."

"We had a 2 night stay at the Sheffield Novotel and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful, room was clean and large. We accidentally booked an accessible room so the shower was not positioned as it would be in a regular room. We had breakfast one morning and the lady in charge helped me with the gluten free items. We used the pool and steam room for an hour during our stay which was a pleasant addition. The hotel is literally at the back of the Wingter gardens so we could easily access the city centre. It is also a very short walk from the railway station too."

"The receptionist I dealt with was charming - she created a great first impression. The roof top restaurant and bar was ok the menus were a bit battered and in need of replacing. The room was a good size, clean with some nice extras like the shoe shine sponge, and grooming kit. Location was excellent and Sheffield is probably my favourite big city. I would stay there again."

"We had one of the newer rooms which was lovely, my friend was allocated an older one and the difference was noticeable. Request a newer renovated room. Lovely hotel, slow bar service but food was good when it arrived and we wasn’t too fussed as it was a relaxing stay for us so no rush."

"Room was clean had kettle and tv. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, maybe could do with a new one. Staff was lovely and friendly and always seemed to help with anything. Bar area was lovely again with great staff, and some customers were very friendly. Would stay again"
