"As an expedia ueser, we should be made aware if there is renovations ongoing before we book. The staff was amazing and did say there would be comstruction. However, I did not expect to be treated to a rock concert while I stayed there. There was no regard by the workers for anyone in the building, music playing very loud so that every floor could hear. "The staff are very respectfull even when you see them in hallway they greet you always..I like that it”s near MOA shopping mall..The only thing slight negative is there are not much local TV shows."
"The first time I stayed there the front desk was busier, but staff stayed positive, polite and courteous even though they were so busy. They let us know within minutes that our room was ok and we could leave. However, the second time we stayed the front desk clerk told us to wait 5 minutes while our room was checked, about 15 to 20 minutes later I walked up to the front desk clerk to inquire as about the room being checked and he stayed that yes it was ok to leave. While I waited I noticed the 2 front desk clerk’s joking around and maybe this is why they didn’t notify me that the room had been checked. This was on Sept 12 2025. "
"We arrived late past 12MN due to our delayed flight and yet we were given a courtesy for us to check out later than their usual check out time for a night stay. That was very considerate of them.

I want to thank the lady staff who was on duty last night. We had a good night sleep. The room, the bed , bathroom were so clean and fresh.
The only negative was the slow drainage on the shower. Other than that, all was well. Will stay longer next time.
