"We chose to stay at the property because of its proximity to the airport. The staff is fantastic, and the lobby is well-maintained, especially at night when relaxing by the piano bar. The hallway's old carpet could use an update. The room and bathroom are outdated and have a noticeable odor. I really want to like this place; the staff are very kind, but there is a clear need for cleanliness and improvements overall."

"Thank you Savoy for the best accommodations. we stay here a few days before going back to states every time we went home in manila. And staying for few days we completely relaxed and recharge before taking another longer flight. The staff is very friendly, helpful, accommodating. The hotel is very clean the sauna and pool. Restaurant service good even the food. Location is very nice a lot of restaurants and shopping malls, casino, nearby, airport terminal is just around the corner. Everything is accessible. Overall l highly recommended and We will always stay here every time we go back in Manila. "

"We were very glad I booked this hotel. I put into consideration that this is a new property and my expectations were high. It exceeded my expectations. Our cozy, spacious room had modern touches. It’s very clean except a little mold behind the bathroom sink. For us, the MOA complex up to Ikea and SM arena is walking distance and took Grab if we didn’t want to sweat. I was contacted to pay a day prior to check in despite booking in Expedia to pay at property. This gave a sense of alarm since it was last minute and we were about to go on our flight. Anyway, Lanson Place let us pay when we checked in. Despite that, we were very happy with the experience - amenities, cleanliness, staff and breakfast are top notch. Will be more than glad to stay here again. "

"The staff were amazingly accomodating and the kindest people around. They were always attentive and very respectful. The room was beautiful and relaxing, full of everything needed. The bathroom and shower was next level with 3 shower heads too! There was lots of closet room and the housekeeper kept my room immaculate. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of foods, omelet bar, fresh squeezed juices, and so much more. I would definitely return. "

"Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges and were communicated in advance. There were no surprises there. One thing to note is that the reception will not entertain nor keep any parcels or deliveries ordered ie food or shopee so we need to make arrangements to meet delivery guys. Overall a pleasant stay! "
