"Old grotty room with very basic furniture. Bathrooms are dirty with no toilet paper in the toilet. Looks absolutely NOTHING like the pretty pictures on the website. Twenty minute walk to Big Ben and Parliament, not close by as advertised. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s horrible. "

"This was a wonderful stay and experience for our family! The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call. The flat was wonderful. Kitchen and laundry (with toilet) in basement level, family room on ground floor, and a bedroom with full bath on each of the upper floors (4 levels total).
