Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location.

This home had everything we needed! Plenty of rooms and beds, a shower and a tub, a full kitchen, stocked with all the things we needed. The little garden area was a great place for breakfast. Grocery, restaurants, and shopping just a short walk away. The train and bus station were also within a 10 minute walk. The hosts were helpful and kind.
Our hosts were absolutely perfect! Great communication, helpful and provided a beautiful place for us to call home. Complete with simple touches of condiments, drinks, and fresh flowers! Love the helpful hints of how to use appliances that differ from American appliances. Love the street parking and short walk to the rail lines.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Plumstead. There were 6 of us on a mom and daughters’ trip and we had a ton of space to spread out. We loved the local area, especially the Plumstead Commons park, the Star pub and the Boba tea shop. A grocery is right down the hill. It’s a short walk to the train station that took us into London for sightseeing, but we were always happy to get out of the tourist area in the evening. All the locals we met were helpful and nice. The area felt very safe. Petra was excellent at answering all of my many questions. Highly recommend this property and Plumstead.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Well appointed and in great condition. Roomy and comfortable. It is farther from London than what I had anticipated but we managed it easily enough.
We enjoyed our short holiday in this lovely house. There was plenty of space for our group of 7, and the 2 bathrooms were really great. It was easy to reach most areas of London with good bus and train connections.
Beautiful house. Perfect for our large family get together
Although quite a way out of central London, transport links were excellent.The house is well equipped and very clean .Petra was helpful.We were a bit unsure about waste disposal and recycling. Most of us live abroad and are used to different systems so hope we did it correctly.Would definitely stay there again.
The accommodation is pretty big and spacious with plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space so ideal for large friend groups or familys. Host was very nice and communicative throughout. Overally we enjoyed our stay here and didn't have any issues so would definitely recommend.
I booked the property for a bunch of my friends, so they can have a look around in London and they felt super comfortable in the house, really easy to get to, with everything they needed around, plenty of space and everything really nice and clean. I will definitely booked it again

I don’t feel like the listing was completely accurate.
This apartment was a half hour from the heart of London, by train. It was very well appointed, with everything there for our needs. Petra was timely with her responses to any questions we had. We all got a workout climbing stairs.
The house was very well presented, with all the amenaties you'd expect. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially great.
We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us!
The only downside for us is we thought it was slightly closer to Woolwich tube station than it turned out to be so we has to bus it from there to a stop closer to the house. This was fine most of the time but on arrival with cases and whatnot it was a little tricky as the buses were so busy! Thats not necessarily an issue with the property though - just something to bear in mind for other patrons.
The listing says it sleeps 12, but I think youd struggle with that many people - we had 10 and we used all available beds/sofa beds!
All in all a great few days in the property and we'd happily stay again sometime in the future.
Fijn huis met voldoende slaapgelegenheid voor grotere groepen. Nette woning met prima uitrusting. Goed gelegen t.o.v. openbaar vervoer om in hartje Londen uit te komen.

Une jolie maison pour 8 personnes
Réservation pour 2 nuits avec 11 personnes de 9 à 75 ans.
La maison est jolie avec sa petite cours. Les salles de bain sont agréables et propres. Malheureusement la maison est équipée pour 8 personnes, pas plus. Nous avions 9 fourchettes, 8 chaises pour les repas, 1 table pour 8 personnes serrées donc impossible d'y mettre 13 personnes comme indiqué dans l'annonce. De plus, les plats à four ne sont pas en nombres et en taille suffisantes pour des grands groupes.
Les serviettes n'étaient pas en nombre suffisant non plus et certaines très défraîchies.
La chambre présentée pour 4 personnes contient 1 canapé lit et 1 matelas posé sur un surplomb accessible par un escabeau.
Petra a été disponible et aidante.
L'arrêt de bus est à 5 min à pied, la gare a 10 min en.bus ou a 15 min a pied. Londres facilement accessible: 30 min de Cannon Street.
Notre déception a vraiment été dû à l'impossibilité de prendre les repas à 11 autour de la table, c'est dommage pour un séjour en famille.

Het huis was schoon, netjes. Voor 11 mensen net wat te krap
aantal zitplaatsen in de keukenennkamer
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, alles so wie es auch beschrieben ist. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist in der Küche alles vorhanden. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in der nähe (5 min zu Fuss).
Super nette Gastgeber. Wir haben die 5 Tage dort sehr genossen !
