We loved our stay. Great centrally located place with ample room for our family of 4, all as advertised. Host provided clear communication throughout. Highly recommended.
The property is just as pictured online. We were very happy with our stay and Lenn/Natasha were fantastic and very helpful with our arrival from Heathrow airport. We would stay again the next time we’re in London.Thank you, Lenn and Natasha for being such great hosts!
We enjoyed our stay in London. The apartment was in the perfect location to get around the city. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. We stayed during a heatwave and the ceiling fans and hallway ac helped cool down the rooms at night (except that back bedroom, but we put the extra fans in there and that helped). The washer and separate dryer were nice to have as we were able to wash clothes before the next leg of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks!
We loved the quaintness and vintage style. The location was perfect and we felt very secure. The view from our fifth floor flat was so fun. Although there was only one shower, there were three sinks to use. Very close to coffee shops and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect!
Great apartment, very large for central London! Walking distance Romany of the sights and great tube line options close by. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay close to the sights and theatres.
Place was lovely host gave perfect directions. We loved the location and being able to walk around and see things right outside our door. Access to the train station. Multiple stations was simple. Highly recommend also host gave a wonderful instructions from the airport.
The location is awesome! In the photos the apartment appears to be bigger and nicer than it actually is. The wooden floor creaks a lot but we didn't mind. The communication was excellent, thank you! We had a great stay!
Location was close to everything! Found it to be a terrific spot and close to almost everything we wanted to see and do. Had all the comforts of home. Primary bedroom bed does squeak a bit but got used it to after the first night and didn’t find it to be a terminal issue. Quick responses from host helped w any issue. Would gladly stay again!
Very clean and centrally located two bedroom apartment with elevator. Great quick communication with the host and easy and excellent check in instructions. We had a four night stay and loved all the restaurants, cafes, pubs and transportation walking distance from the apartment. On a busy road (which was close to everything), and being on the 5th floor kept the apartment quiet when the neighborhood was very active. Would stay again.
This was a return home for me, but this was my daughter's first visit and the location was absolutely fabulous. Super central and though we were able to walk everywhere from out flat, we had three major tube stations within a 5 minutes walk. Flat itself was just great - floors creak but otherwise just amazing. Host was helpful and responsive. Highly HIGHLY recommend...
We were in London for 3 days before a cruise. Perfect location for sightseeing and going to a show on Friday night. Perfect spot! It is in the middle of the theater district so it can be loud if the windows are open but as long as the windows are closed it’s fine. Absolutely delightful and easy to access and use. Host was great. Would highly recommend!
In the heart of the theater district...central to tons of restaurants, markets and theaters...Tube is right down the road accessing all of London!
Beautiful apartment with great light in living room. Building is old and floorboards creak quite a lot, but overall comfortable and well appointed space.
Highly Recommend!
The location was very good. Apartment was right in the area of restaurants and stores. It was a little noisy with the windows open but they had fans so that helped a lot. All the amenities were there. Very clean and pleasant to stay at. Good communication with the owner. Would recommend this place. Had washer and dryer.
We had a lovely time at this wonderfully located central London flat. The only downside is that after booking we were told that we should only use the bathtub with extreme caution because of potential flooding. We were surprised to hear that given how prominently the tub is featured in the listing photos, but the shower in the bathroom was great. Clean, comfortable bedrooms and living area—would certainly stay here again!
We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this charming apartment right in the heart of London. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need. We made great use of the washer & dryer as we were on a three week trip and needed to freshen up our clothes. There are TONS of great restaurants, shops and tube options right outside the door. We loved the energy of the neighborhood and then it was also quiet when we closed the windows to sleep. Overall it was a great stay and we would choose this apartment again.
The only issue we had was the bed was a little too small for us & the noise at night was a bit loud till late into the hours if the night. The apartment is great, but bring extensions, it has very few electrical outlets in the bedrooms.
There were 5 of us in our group and this flat was the perfect location to conveniently pop in and out. We felt safe to split up / meet up depending on what each person felt like doing. There are also many bus / tube options within a 5 minute walk. We had enough space, with one person on the fold out couch which was very comfortable! I was worried about only having one bathroom but it worked out fine.
This flat is in the heart of Convent Garden. Easy access to bus and tube stations. It is right in the middle of lots of actions. Pubs, restaurants, theatre, and shopping within walking distance, because of the location it was a bit loud at night.
The host was great at communicating. Fresh flowers were on the table. Tea and coffee were available to get started in the morning.
The location of this apartment is fantastic for the West End. The host is extremely accommodating and provides great communication. We were so thankful to have stayed for a late check out on our last day, this made the world of difference to us. However, the apartment itself needs quite a few minor repairs, and although we managed for our 5 days, a longer stay may have been different. Overall, we had a positive experience, which included living right in the heart of all the action.
From the first contact with an initial enquiry until the moment we checked out, the host was amazingly helpful. We stayed 5 nights and I now wish we stayed longer!!The location of this property is PERFECT to everything. Buses outside the front door, an underground just a few short minutes walk away, theatres everywhere, pubs, restaurants shops and famous landmarks all in walking distance. I loved the character of the apartment right down to the creaky wooden floors, it created a real London experience for my family who are used to new and modern - please note that is meant as a huge compliment as we were wanting an experience in our accomodation as well as comfort. This property exceeded my expectations !!! And if we are lucky enough to go back to London in the coming years this is the only place I’d want to stay !!!
Great location. Almost directly across from the Harry Potter play and walkable to many tube stations and within 10 min walk
of most shows and many landmarks. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. Would bring ear plugs/eye mask if light sleeper. Building is beautiful but older and lots of creaks and we could hear the upstairs neighbor moving around their apartment late in the night. The outside noise was not too bad with the windows closed. Very secure building. Two locked entrances. Great shower and space for sleeping 6 persons, the pull out bed was very comfortable. Great communication and easy instructions for checking in/out. We were able to check in a couple hours early which was incredibly helpful and appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay at Lenn’s place. He is very communicative and was helpful when it came to finding the place. It is located in a great area near Chinatown and many underground entrances. At night, the road noise and people noise wasn’t bad at all. The place itself it very cool, it is a bit of an older place but it is still well kept. The only thing we had a little issue with was the electric kettle, as it looked like someone left water in there for too long and there was lots of lime scale build up. Besides that, the rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There had been some scaffolding being worked on right outside, however we only saw workers once during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
