"Different kind of stay- think upmarket Airbnb but as a hotel. No staff on site- (although there was when we checked in as the house keeper and the owner appeared to be doing some maintenance). So all done by email- you get a code to access the doors. Our room was ready at 1pm- so it's an early check in which is good. Room was tidy and clean. "Lovely hotel, lovely staff, good pub. We had a nice stay. Unfortunately, we were there when temperatures were 30C and above, and there is no air conditioning, making the nights difficult. Also, they could improve the quality of their linens. Sheets are a bit scratchy."
