"The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed linen in particular was immaculate Tea, instant coffee and UHT milk were provided. The staff were courteous and very helpful."

"We received a very friendly welcome when we booked in, quite late at night. The room was clean, though a bit hot despite the window being left ajar and the snow outside. Plumbing worked OK, though I couldn't take down the shower head, which was way above my head and appeared to be a bit stuck."

"Last minute choice for us but a good one. Lots of dog friendly space outside the hotel in the gardens which, whilst somewhat neglected were still enjoyable and full of wildlife. Hotel itself was slightly dated and could do with a lick of paint or two but overall was in good condition and the evening receptionist and breakfast staff were top notch. Earlier in the evening we had walked out of a hotel we had booked and paid for as it transpired to be dismal but this place was an excellent last minute find and I would definitely stay again. "
