"The location is perfect with just a 2 minute walk from the tube. Our deluxe room was a good size. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and all of the staff were interacted with were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast as there are loads of great places to eat nearby. Recommend"

"The outside of the hotel is deceptive; it definitely looks like it needs a bit of TLC, but the inside is warm, welcoming, and modern-looking. We had an issue upon arrival: we booked a room with a city view, a double bed, and an accessible room (we made it clear we did not require a roll-in shower). The room we were shown into had two single beds, a view of the car park, and a roll-in shower, but it was so small that it was impossible to turn the wheelchair around; although the shower was roll-in, it was impossible to get my standard-sized wheelchair into the bathroom. Once we brought this to the staff's attention, the manager intervened and moved us to a much larger room on the top floor, with a double bed and a spectacular city view. In spite of the initial mixup themanager could not have been more helpful. The rest of our stay was very pleasant and uneventful."
