"The property and communication were just fine upon arrival, however the one toilet in the property became unusable the first day as the flusher jammed so we had to book a hotel room that night not knowing if it would be fixed or an alternative solution would be available. Late in the evening they said they had a work around for flushing the toilet and it was fixed the next day but they offered no relief from the extra expense we had to make sure our family had a bathroom to use.
