"Small outdated room. More like a roadside hotel than a "Hyatt Regency" Needs major upgrade. Noise comes right up the atrium. $50 per day parking."

"Good breakfast and nice place. Only bad thing we experienced was a roach in the room…we notified staff and they said they would treat the room but I don’t think anything was done (we were out shopping during the day so maybe we missed them)"

"I stayed at Hotel Indigo for a conference. It is located right across the street from River St and about a 7 min walk to the ferry. On my first night, there was an issue with the AC making a loud banging noise. I notified them of it immediately but did let them know I'd prefer they come and look at it the next morning since it was pretty late. The next morning, I let them know again and when I returned, the concierge, Starla, told me they did look at it but she was unsure if it was fixed. She told me if it wasn't, then she would room change me. It wasn't and she did room change me. Aside from that AC on the initial night, my stay was great. The service at the restaurant and bar was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel and a special thank you to Starla for making my stay great!"

"The location of this property is PERFECT. You’re right next to the riverfront and can walk anywhere else in town. If you do not feel like walking, there is a free trolley that runs throughout the city and the stop is just outside the door. The staff was amazing. The room are “historic” so not the most up to date, but the beds are SUPER comfy and the place has a historic charm I love. Also good water pressure and instant hot water is an added plus! There’s also free little wine and cheese happy hr offered daily at 4:30. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites in Savannah. Yes, the rooms were a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel more than made up for that. We had quiet nights and rested well during our time in Savannah. For the location, we were able to walk to 95% of the things that we wanted to see."

"The location was terrific. Close to just about everything you want to walk to in historic Savannah. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives- Our balcony doors would not lock or even seal up without tying bathrobe belts to the handles and to a table to keep tight seal on door that would keep out the road noise. The sofa was stained and dirty. The bathroom smelled really bad and had pee stains around base of toilet. The best part was the noise machine! Amazing amenity!"
