"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"We loved being able to walk out to the beach without having to drive and the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas to carry with us. We also loved being able to walk to restaurants and the local grocery store nearby. Our room was pretty, comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you! "

"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "Very comfortable house"

"Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property."

"Firstly let me say the property was better than advertised as it was extremely clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet and that love to relax. Pool was perfect. 100% will stay again."
