"The apartment is as advertised. It's spacious inside and has a large undercover entertaining deck. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean although the rugs are stained and need replacing. The deck needed cleaning and the outside furniture needs cleaning. Parking was good under the building. It was quiet and very sound proof between rooms and the outdoors. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and only a minutes drive to restaurants on Oxley Rd. Overall a good place...

"The property was advertised as panoramic views, but instead, there was a multi story apartment being built right outside the windows, including the bedroom window. The noise started at 7 am, 6 days a week. We had booked it for a month.We tried to get out after putting up with it for a week. It took another week of me having to constantly trying to contact the property managers Madecomfy. We finally managed to sort out a refund of our last week so we could go somewhere peaceful. Annoying to pick up and drop off keys at a different location in South Brisbane. The dryer and washing machine were not working however the issue was fixed the next day after contacting 24 hour support. Wonderful location close to river views, supermarkets and cafe. Some mould/stains? on bathroom ceiling but otherwise clean."
