really enjoyed our stay at Schlosshotel Steinburg. Our room was beautiful and charming, though a bit small — something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. There’s no elevator, but that’s noted in the small print, and we didn’t mind. While there’s no air conditioning, there was a fan provided in the room, which helped keep things comfortable. The location was perfect for easy drives to all the nearby attractions, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. A lovely stay overall!

So beautiful

This place is phenomenal. My two biggest "complaints" are that there is very little in walking distance (about 30 minute difficult walk to town), and NONE of the TV channels are in English. Not a single one. The only English channel they had was "unavailable." But, if you're only there for 1 night, it's not an issue. The room is SO comfortable and the place is so great. Don't even get me started on how gorgeous the view is.

This is a beautiful, historic property. We booked a room that turned out to not feature air conditioning, which the hotel explains on its website but I didn’t notice a warning when booking though Expedia. Luckily the night was cool enough to get along nicely with opened windows. The restaurant was disappointing. We wanted more of a snack after having a late lunch on the road and the only offering was an an expensive, multi-course menu whose description seemed overly contrived and ambitious given the restaurant’s modest online reviews. We were seated next to a wedding party and then ignored, which fueled our best decision to get back in the car to eat elsewhere in town. It seems odd that the hotel doesn’t have a separate bar according to the front desk, although a downstairs location looked like there was once one. I would probably stay again for the view and the chance to explore the property further, making sure to figure out the air conditioning options and planning to dine offsite.

Hotel, Personal, Service und Frühstück war alles perfekt. Nur unsere Zimmernachbarn, eine Familie, die rechts und links von uns Zimmer hatten, und frühzeitig munter waren, wussten leider nicht, dass der Türdrücker auch zum Schließen der Zimmertür genommen werden kann.

ディナーの待ち時間がとても長いが料理は美味しい

ホテルはとても快適で、景色も良く朝食もとても美味しくて良かったのですが、夕食に4コースディナーをヴェルツブルグ在住の家族も招待して頂きましたが、お食事はとても手が込んだ丁寧に作られたお料理の数々で文句なく美味しいお料理でしたが、次の料理がサーブされるまでの時間が小一時間かかり、レストランにいるほぼ全ての人が料理が出てくるを待ち侘びて皆、食事を待っているのは不思議な光景でした。ディナーに3時間は旅行中の家族連れには長過ぎました。 早く休みたかった。朝食はスムーズで美味しく頂きました。レストランの運営は要改善だと思います。

어른들을 모시고 여행했는데, 정말 최고의 선택이었습니다. 주변 정경을 내려다볼 수 있는 위치가 최고였습니다. 아침을 먹고 와인밭 사이를 산책하는 것도 정말 최고였어요. 호텔방 자체도 센스 있게 꾸며져 있었고, 아침 식사도 맛있었어요. 직원들은 질문에 늘 친절하게 응답해 주었습니다. 방에 뜨거운 물을 끓일 도구가 없었던 것은 아쉬웠습니다. 방까지 엘리베이터가 없어서 어른들의 짐을 옮기기가 어려웠으나, 직원들이 흔쾌히 도와 주었습니다. 시내와는 위치가 조금 떨어져 있어서 차 없이는 다닐 수 없지만, 차가 있으시다면 꼭 묵어 보시라고 강력히 권하고 싶습니다. 이번 독일 여행에서 저도 어르신들도 모두 잊지 못할 숙소가 될 듯합니다.
