"Upon arrival at the Red Roof Inn, the reception staff was not very friendly, and we had to wait for our room to be ready. Unfortunately, our experience did not improve afterward.
The cleaning staff was rude to my wife when she asked about the lack of trash cans in the room. The staff member responded in a dismissive and rude tone, saying it was impossible because she was sure one had been placed there. Another member of the cleaning staff later came by to verify and confirmed there was indeed no trash can, and then brought one for us.
Additionally, the elevator was in very poor condition. It looked and felt more like a cargo elevator rather than one intended for guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort and service."
