"The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk receptionist was pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet my expectations, especially at a rate of $300 per night. The rooms, lobby, parking lot, and entrance and exit areas appeared very dated. In my room, the lighting was too dim, there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the bathroom had no mirror. The bathroom also needed fresh paint, and visible cosmetic repairs appeared poorly finished, giving the impression that ongoing maintenance needs more attention. Overall, the property felt more like a motel than the hotel experience I expected for the price. Although it was adequate for a single overnight stay, I did not feel it offered good value, and I would not choose to stay at this Ramada again, and would not recommend it to anyone,"

"We stayed at the hotel because our son is at Stony Brook University. Out of all the room prices this was the best by far. We took a chance . We didn’t go for the casino. It only had 1 working elevator but it was ok we were hardly there. What I want to compliment is the room. The hotel staff was friendly at check in and gave us 2 beds as we asked. The room was so clean and i have high standards. The room was spacious with a small fridge. You could smell how clean it was. The doors had good locks and I appreciated that. We asked the second day just for towels but cleaning staff cleaned our whole room again. We were on the 8th floor it was so quiet and the room had darkening shades. I slept so well. The water had good pressure and was hot. Everything was laid out nicely and organized. Plenty of plugs for devices. We enjoyed our nights there and plan to return."
