"Host was still cleaning the unit 45 mins passed the check in time. Tripped on a warped floor walking in covered by a rug. Sheets and comforter smelled like mildew in the bedroom. Doors hard to close or broken because of warped flooring. No drinking cups only coffee mugs. 2 plates and 3 bowls. Not the end of world but if more than 2 people you need to wash or take turns eating. No paper towels. Tv remote didn’t work in the one bedroom. Does not have central air but has 3 windows units . ...

"Fantastic stay and host!"

"Great stay at Kasa! The check-in process was smooth and easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for exploring downtown Detroit. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The loft accommodated all of the little essentials that we leave behind when we are rushing to get out of town."

"Large, spacious loft apartment in a neighbourhood close to Downtown, Riverfront and Huntington Place. Free parking was very convenient. And the apartment building is very easy to find. There are nice cafes and pubs in Corktown within walking distance. Easy access to the bus station. It worked very well for me."

Needed washcloths and finally found in a basket in front hall piled together. Wanted to make coffee. Old used coffee bags opened with expired dates. Using coffee opened anyway...

"I would stay here again! I just wish it had been a little cleaner. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. 🙂"

"This is a very cool place. Set off in the back along a woodline, secluded and yet not. Played air hockey and fossball which was a blast from the past. Would indeed stay again if in the area."

"The place was absolutely amazing!! Don’t let the outside make you second guess. The place is amazing! So comfy and welcoming! The host is very responsive and you get gated parking!! We will be back to Detroit and will absolutely be staying here again!! "
