"Yes room spotless staff can not do anymore for you booked in on line for 2 people one dog but unfortunately the booking company didn't include my dog that we paid for but the staff were so lovely strait on it found us a dog friendly room its the 2nd time we have stayed there its lovely will go back again next Christmas 🎄 "

"This was the first time we have stayed at Lords of the Manor and we really enjoyed it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Lovely old building with huge charm, big open fireplaces and plenty of lounge areas to relax with a sneaky drink while you look over the dinner menu. we would definitely stay again. "

"Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. "Very nice staff. We were upgraded as it was my partner's birthday and the room was lovely. Very nice big bed. Our car wouldn't start when we checked out and the staff were very quick to get someone to come round and to jump start our car. Lovely stay. "

"Hotel was great. Perhaps needed more breakfast staff. Food was served cold ish. Guessing not enough staff on. Otherwise everyone was very polite. 3rd time of staying and we will be back next year."
