"Location of this hotel is amazing. Check in process was easy however the bellman…honestly useless. Instead of offering to help he just stood there and held the door open as he watches people struggle with their luggage going up the steps to enter the building. Both checking in and checking out. The property is so beautiful. Room was awesome and you MUST go to the roof top…almost missed out I would’ve regretted it. The views of the city are 10/10 anytime of day."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
