"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

"Pros: La cercanía del anfitrión, siempre pendiente de todo, nos recomendó donde comer/cenar y nos dejó la nevera prácticamente llena que no nos hizo falta absolutamente nada. Las habitaciones son súper amplias, con ventilador, todo está muy limpio y la verdad es que repetiremos seguro cuando regresemos por la zona. Cons: No tengo nada que comentar, todo fue perfecto!"

"Pros: El apartamento tiene una buena distribución, estaba todo limpio y ordenado,se aparca muy bien. Cerca de Xativa,Anna. La comunicación con el propietario fue perfecta desde el minuto uno. Cons: Nos saltaron varias veces los plomos,pues pusimos algún calefactor, nos avisaron que pasaría. Había calefacción central. La ducha no la utilizamos, pq nos daba la sensación de que se saldría todo el agua jj ( no lo probamos jj)"

"Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October.
