The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and well designed. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft. They provide unlimited free water bottles that you can grab, which is really nice given the hot weather.

Hotel is in a walkable location to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The daily breakfast was good. we especially like the fruit platter on check-in date and the daily free afternoon tea/bakery/fruit snacks. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel if you are visiting Xi'an.

It was great. staff were very professional and friendly, breakfast and afternoon coffee food was good. Tours arranged by hotel staff were good. Room was great. Gym is bare minimum and some improvements would be helpful.

Stayed here for 7 nights as a family with young children. Spacious room with a comfortable king bed. There are also eateries around the hotel and is about 10 mins walk to Zhonglou where most of the eateries were. Overall, a pleasant stay and do recommend to other travellers

Hotel is near many eateries and is quiet. Short walk of about 10-15mins to the Bell Tower. Staff is friendly and hotel is clean. Would be better if their airconditioner is not centralised as weather happened to be hot during the week I was there and it was blasting heater which made it worse. Had to open the window to try to get some cool air in at night.

Very good location, within walking distance to the city wall and bell tower as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and did everything we asked very quickly. They could speak English. The hotel offered a great laundry service which I used a few times. This was self service and very easy to use. The hotel also offered afternoon tea for free which was a nice selection of cakes and snacks and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Beautiful hotel, just looking perfect. My experience was almost perfect. The thing to really improve is the customer service, I've asked a simple customer question: "Which metro to use to go to the Terracotta Warriors?". Instead of giving me basic info, they tried as hard as possible to sell me a full-guided tour for a high price. I had to find out that info elsewhere.

Exceptional service from this super friendly and helpful staff from every department. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable, as expected from this 4 star hotel. It’s the service and hospitality that made our stay 10 stars! 尹改利 who works in the restaurant is super friendly. I have never experienced this level of detail and helpfulness at any hotel. The afternoon tea included with our room was a cheery addition with fruit, nuts and dessert selection varying over our weekend stay in Xi’an. The staff is so attentive to our needs and have a pleasant attitude. They watch out for you when you leave areas in case you leave any belongs behind they will bring them to you right away. I highly recommend you book your entire stay here. The location is great near to the attractions. Our trip here was made more memorable because of the excellent hospitality and service from the staff, from front reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff, truly exceptional.

Excellent breakfast variety. Front desk staff are well trained and super helpful. New-ish hotel. Free afternoon tea spread came in handy on rainy days. Special mention to 王姬 for serving us even after we walked in after 5pm closing time. Tour agent at front desk proved most useful. Got Xian Museum ( chinese) guided tour and Tuo Ling camel show ticket at awesome price.
