Staffs were helpful especially Zoey who assisted us in trying to find nearest hospital & laundry services. She still remembered that I injured knees badly and asked if I did feel better not. Only bad side is not too near to the metro station, bed is too soft. Just a short distance to chunxi road. I like their pool which is very comfortable and not crowded"

"We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We have stayed in other luxury hotels in Chengdu before. This will now be our preferred one. We had a club room . The club lounge had excellent service;, food and drinks. We had breakfast in the main restaurant which was outstanding. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious, beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay at a beautiful hotel."

"Great stay with Waldorf! It has a big mall beside that meets all basic food needs. Special mention to Miya, who often superb recommendation and check in with us regularly during our stay. Only downside is the location of the hotel which is slightly far out from downtown but it not an issue with didi easily available. "
