"It’s a holiday inn so you know what you’re getting. The room wasn’t so bad, nice bathrooms and not many options in that area for foreigners. My issue is they were doing construction and it wasn’t mentioned when I booked. One of the days they shut off the power while I was in the building. The first day they were repaying and messed up my brand new shoes. My wife and I had cement on our stuff. Was insanely dusty and dirty because of construction. "This is an excellent hotel in Beijing.The room is clean. The staff and receptionists are outstanding specially Dana, the 2 Lynns’,Bob,etc.They are generous in water and other useful things. Although there was no elevator in going down to our room (R307)my daughter was able to exercise. My daughter walks on tiptoes due to her medical conditions. There is an elevator from the lobby to every level except in some areas. The staff helped us all the way through in our needs like transportation,etc We would like to thank everyone who made our stay memorable.We would recommend this hotel to our friends and customers."

"I like the location in which is not far from the Forbidden city and Wangfujing pedestrian area. The metro is a walking distance. You can take line 8 or line 5. On the main street Dongsi, there are lots restaurants to choose. The apartment is excellent. Spacious. It is a quiet location. "
