"The concierge service is what made this hotel stay great. Other than that, everything was just an average run-of-the-mill hotel room. Breakfast quality was not great - more expansive than American hotels, obviously, but worse breakfast we had in w weeks traveling in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. "

"I can't speak Mandarin and the staff made extra efforts, including using a phone app for translation, to help me. In the restaurant they found a menu in English and a member of staff who spoke English. I checked in had dinner and crashed - after a 13-hour flight - so otherwise didn't get involved with hotel facilities apart from the coffee shop."
