"Great location and the staff were very friendly and pleasant"

"The room was clean and extremely spacious but communal areas needed a lick of paint. Friendly, helpful staff both at reception and at breakfast (which was excellent with a range of hot and cold options). My friends and I had a full English breakfast which was cooked to order. And unlike other hotels in March, has excellent parking facilities. Bear in mind it is a 3 star but excellent value for money."

"Recently renovated food room in traditional pub. Staff were outstandingly friendly. Bustling trade with karaoke evening the first night we arrived, great straightforward breakfast."

"Staff very helpful with late check-in. Comfortable and clean and ideal for a short stay. "

"Great for a one night stay, easy check in. Bed very comfortable. Cosy. Very cute dogs welcomed us! Clean and everything you need for a short stay. Recommended."

"High standard. Only niggle was no table so nowhere to eat. Strange for an appartment with kitchen."

"Upgraded to the Studio. Good communication, lovely accommodation with well appointed clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly, welcome from the owner. "

"Beautiful Place, ideally located for what we wanted, would highly recommend"

"Great views and great restaurant, lots of parking and scenic river views from room and restaurant"

"The room was really hot and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The room was nicely furnished otherwise, just small. The breakfast was really good. Location on the river near the train station, great."

"A warm and welcoming stay in the heart of Ely in a lovely pub. The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, felt like a bijou apartment, and the bed very cosy indeed with sumptuous bedding. Very quiet, surprising for a pub on a high street . The bar downstairs is cosy with a large menu if needed. The breakfast menu also looked good but we didn’t partake. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Have stayed here now a number of times and wouldnt go anywhere else if I was staying around Ely"
