"The place and room were as cute as in the pictures. Bed and sheets are very comfortable. A wonderful view of the river where it meets the ocean; the tide comes in and goes very far out. Walk to grocery, shops and many restaurants. Beautiful cliffs to walk around with amazing views. Would definitely stay again."

Reviewer Comments: We were only able to stay here a couple of nights, but it would have been great for four nights if we could have. Yachats is a great town with great food, wonderful walks (for us with a dog), and while it is a tourist town, you don't feel like it is innundated. The actual house is very cute and small. The bed was comfortable and while the shower was tiny, the bathroom was workable. The kitchen has small appliances. We may stay here again."

"Don't want to be too negative so giving this a 4, but did have some issues with the rental. The good is that you are in a great location in Yachats. Everything in town is walkable and that was a big plus. I'm not sure how many other private rentals there are for a couple in this area, looked like mostly full-size houses. Because of this, this unit has a lot of potential.But investment is needed to get it there. The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were especially poor, pillows need to be upgraded. The unit also needs some more art and/or color. There is a lot of white wall and harsh lighting that detracts from the aesthetic on the inside.They had a bunch of mole-deterrent devices set up around the yard that would make buzzing noises continuously. Not loud, but once you noticed it, loud enough to be annoying. Because of them I could not enjoy quite reading outside and we could not open the bedroom window at night without putting extra white-noise on to drown it out. The picnic table is nice, but adding a firepit and chairs should be a no-brainer to increase guests value as well."
