The interior was amazing, very nicely updated and comfortable. The ocean view is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Only drawback for us was the stairs, we are older and live on one floor, so stairs are tough."

"The place and room were as cute as in the pictures. Bed and sheets are very comfortable. A wonderful view of the river where it meets the ocean; the tide comes in and goes very far out. Walk to grocery, shops and many restaurants. Beautiful cliffs to walk around with amazing views. Would definitely stay again."

"The place I had booked canceled on me less than a week prior to my arrival, and I was so happy to find this little cottage. It's the perfect size for one or two people, and it has everything you need: living room, kitchen with appliances, bed, bathroom, laundry. The bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I did see some scattered ants about, but far fewer than other rentals I've had in the area. As an added bonus, the location makes it very easy to access everything in Yachats on foot. I loved being able to run to the post office or grocery store without using my car. I would say that the only drawback was it did feel a bit like living in a fishbowl: if you want to see the ocean, you need to have the curtains open on windows facing the street. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay, and I'd recommend it to others."
