"Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! "

He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety. "We got picked up and dropped off at the airport hassle-free, with no worries about our luggages. We had a fantastic time staying at this residency. Our stay was in a safe neighborhood, near 3 restaurants (including ramen and Chinese), a 7/11, and a convenience store named Yac’s. It was very convenient! Kim, our driver, safely dropped us off and picked us up at anywhere we requested to in Tokyo, and he was always on time. Very pleasant experience, and no complaints! Would definitely stay here...
