"This is a beautiful resort with excellent customer service. The grounds are immaculate, and our room was lovely. We were upgraded to an ocean view, which was amazing. We chose to do the bed and breakfast option, for we had to work during the week, and I am glad we did for this isn't really a "drink all day" vibe. "This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."
