"Room was in very bad condition stains on the ceiling and walls, furniture and doors falling to pieces and unsafe also no sockets we had booked a superior room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The food however was great and the staff were very nice the outside pool area and animation team were also fantastic. The location was perfect right on the beach and next to the square with a beautiful walk into Puerto del Carmen over all an ok hotel if they had the rooms upgraded it would be fab."

"There is much I like about his hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I also like the scale of the hotel which is colossal. I also enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet and have never been stuck for something to eat. "Lovely hotel with great facilities and very relaxed atmosphere. Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. This is not their fault and something that the management should be paying close attention to. All in all we had a really nice time and will be returning at some point"

"We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! "
