"I’ve been here before and it was still as good. Friendly welcome on arrival and a cool drinks fountain just near reception for a cold drink. The standard room is on the small side but comfy. All the staff were professional and helpful. When I arrived a young porter came outside and helped me with bags which I thought was 5 star. The breakfast was ok nothing special but then it was a good price I paid compared to an other hotels on my visit this time the only gripe I have is the pool is too busy and some days I couldn’t find one sun lounger and the pool was too cold. . I will return "

Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it
Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy
Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data
Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use
No milk provided for tea at the self service areas, would be easy enough to provide little cartons. Had to buy milk from Spar"
"Nice adult only hotel within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. If you want a bit more choice hop on the regular bus to Puerto del Carmen.
A nice surprise was a bottle of cava as it was my birthday.
