Large 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa situated in a quite residential area of Montana Roja, Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to Playa Blanca Town Center where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches.
The private garden and large heated pool 9x4.5 with a depth of 1.8 the area is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there is a shallow pool ideal for small children and babies to splash around in.
The large patio area is complete with a BBQ, dining table and chairs positioned under a pergola.
Villa Ocaso sleeps 8 people, downstairs is a large double bedroom, en-suite shower, patio doors leading onto the terrace area, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom, 2nd shower room/wc.
Upstairs is another large double bedroom with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a second twin bedroom, shared bathroom with full sized bath and overhead shower.
Downstairs living area, with large dining area, seating for 8 people, and small seating area with patio doors leading onto the terrace.

Lovely villa, with a great size pool, worth the extra small additional cost for the pool heating, depending on when you vist. Needs a little TLC, which we understand is difficult to do when letting out. Kitchen newly installed. Quiet residential location about 15 mins walk from the harbour.

We had a lovely break here in Feb 2025. The villa is very spacious and clean, albeit is a little tired in places (like bathrooms). Kitchen facilities were fantastic and had everything to prep wholesome family meals.The biggest highlight was the pool. Our three kids lived in it for 7 days and we paid extra to have it heated (definitely recommended). Location wise it is okay. It’s about 1mile walk down to the harbour or a 5 taxi. Similarly the closest supermarket is Lidl which is about a 1 mile walk. In hindsight, renting a car would have perhaps been better (particularly for older people)… but we still absolutely loved our stay and would come back again. Highly recommended.

We recently returned having stayed at Villa Ocaso. The pool was a really good size and the kids pool was perfect for our 6 month old to enjoy. The Villa itself was really nice and spacious, the fans were a welcome addition as it got very warm at times! Jodie kindly allowed us to access the Villa early as we had an early flight into Lanzarote. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay had by us all, the villa was clean and well equipped, a large sized pool which was great when we treated ourselves to the heating. Walk into town was 20 mins all down hill, property manager was helpful and pleasant to deal with A great location and quiet too, WiFi and uk to channels, keys were left in a key safe which made check in straight forward, well worth a visit

Had a great time at villa occaso, was perfect size accommodation for the 7 of us 4 adults and 3 children. Ideally situated for a walk to most places in Playa Blanca. Would recommend for a good family group holiday!

Lovely villa, perfect for family stay to allow everyone to go at their own pace. Nice residential area - no traffic noise or other disturbances. Pleasant walk to and from Playa Blanca even with 4 under 10s in tow - much flatter than I expected. Lots of amenities nearby. Great communication with property managers both before and during stay. Hoping to return!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ocaso. The property is very well maintained and excellently equipped. Very clean and tidy on arrival. Location is great, a nice walk down to the main town around 15mins. The pool is absolutely lovely and communication with Jodie really simple and easy.

All the family including 2 young children had a lovely time, especially the children’s swimming pool. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it. The villa was spacious enough even for 5 adults and 2 children. A good time was had by all.

We have just returned from two incredible weeks staying at Villa Ocaso. The villa is in a fantastic location. It is a short walk from Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo (our favourite place to eat, drink and just soak up the sun whilst taking in the wonderful view). There is a small shop just across the way from the villa where you can purchase all your essentials. The villa is spacious with a lovely pool area where we spent most of our mornings just relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We will most definitely be returning.

We had the best time staying in villa Ocaso.. 3 generations of family staying here and it catered for all. The location was great… we did end up hiring cars as we found the quickest route into playa Blanca was a bit all terrain and not great for pushing buggy’s, but fine if it was just adults staying here. Central location, everything was 5- 10 mins in the car. The pool was amazing and paying the extra for heating was well worth it, the nicest pool temp I’ve ever been in! Jodie has been great and comes back quickly to any questions. We are even looking at booking again for next year! We loved it!

Communications before and during our stay were excellent. The outside space was delightful but the furniture inside was tired, uncomfortable, stained, and, unsuitable for a luxury villa. A lot of the utensils in the kitchen were also of poor quality. This is a luxury villa, at a luxury price, but it is let down by the fine detail.

Communication was great and the property agents were accommodating in allowing us to enter the villa earlier than timescales allowed as we had an early flight and two small children with us which was really appreciated. Arrived to a very clean villa that was very well equipped and the outside area and pool was amazing accommodating for adults and children. Just a bit of feedback which didnt affect us as we were four adults with two children but as the property accommodates eight, the outdoor dining facilities were not adequate for 8 people. However lovely stay and would certainly book again.

At last after COVID and illness,s we came to stay at Villa Ocaso for the first time. We were comfortable inside the villa and we loved sitting outside on the sofas overlooking the pool which we paid to be heated. Location wise suited us very well a 20 minute walk down to the town leading also to the sea and promenade.A slight incline on return so happy to have a taxi home for max 5 euros with shopping. Two bedrooms upstairs and two down. Needed a little help with the tele a couple of little notes would help. Anyway we were very happy staying here and would highly recommend. We plan to return next year and would like to stay at Villa Ocasa

Comfortable, home from home, family villa. Fabulous outside space with large family pool, lots of space for multiple sun loungers and great BBQ. Good size bedrooms, one with fantastic balcony with mountain views, one with large walk in shower and patio doors to rear of property onto pool area. Good sized kitchen and dining area, although we ate outside or at one of the local restaurants around 15 minutes walk into resort. Plenty of storage space. Pool cleaning service excellent, twice weekly and management company easy to deal with and helpful with your enquiries. There is a local small supermarket for your essentials on arrival and throughout your stay a couple of minutes walk away. All in all a villa we have visited twice before and would not hesitate to rebook, in fact we have already reserved for summer 2020, can't wait.

The property was adequate could do with a little modernisation things getting tired etc kitchen wise ?, everything there apart from sharp knives to cook with and a toaster that only did 1 side at a time. We did speak to the property manager on the Tuesday but clearly they discussed this between themselves and decided that we weren’t a good enough client as they told us that they would replace it for the next people, I presume there money is better than ours or they didn’t trust us with sharp knives and working toasters. Apart from that the rest of the stay was good 👍

The Villa was simple to get to and only a 25 min drive from the Airport. On arrival the check in instuctions were clear and easy. First impressions were good and continued positively from there. There is a information booklet provided with all you need to know about the area including numbers for the local services including an english speaking taxi firm. Accomodation wiithin the Villa was clean & tidy as you would expect. There are 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, more than enough for our needs. There is two bathrooms and one en suite bathroom. All were spotlessly clean and there was plenty hot water to go around for our family of 6 adults plus a toddler. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, crockery and everything else you would need for a self catering holiday including a dishwasher and washing machine. The outside space was fantastic and where we spent most of out time. The heated pool was big enough to swim lengths and also had a baby pool attached which was ideal for our wee one. The location of the villa is great being situated in a quiet urbanisation. It is though, only a twenty minute walk into the bars and restaurants in town and only 4 euro in a taxi. There is a local general store only 2 minutes walk away also. We had a fantastic week at Villa Ocasa and I would definitely book again without hesitation.
