The vacation home "Villa Mariesa" in Playa Blanca is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available for a fee. Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a and barbecue. There is a parking space on the property, additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 9 pm. Lovely stay

The villa is very comfortable and the area is very quiet. we had a great week. we used the pool everyday and the outside space matches the inside. Lisa even popped over as she was in the country to say hi. Look forward to staying again.

Villa Mareisa

Lovely little villa in a great location. Very quiet little estate within easy walking distance to supermarket and marina. My only criticism is it needs a pool net and an iron and ironing board.

Just great !!

Just perfect place for holiday and rest. We really felt like at home. Quiet and safe area, amazing swimming pool , barbeque place and terrace to take a rest after day full of sun. And our host Lisa, so professional and helpful,really great communication with her. 100% recommended!!

Pool area gets Sun all day and is well sheltered by glass panels. Small pool is great for moderate exercise & cooling off. Villa is spacious, clean & well equipped. Lisa is very responsive & helpful for any queries you may have. We had a lovely holiday, thank you 🙏

The Villa is nice and has everything we needed. Pool kept clean too. Host very responsive. Took off one star as the outdoor area is not as nice as it could be.

Delightful stay

The accommodation suited us perfectly. Clean, well equipped and with a comfy bed. Everything went smoothly from the booking to arrival and at the end of the holiday to departing. Lovely little villa, great comms from owner.

We stayed here for two weeks and on arrival the villa was lovely and clean. The management company and the owner were very pleasant to deal with and helpful. We hired a car for our stay and felt it was necessary to do so as the villa is a little way from the main areas and we wanted to see more of the island.

Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped villa. About 20 min walk from the marina qnd just a bit further to the old town. Lovely outside space. Only minor point is it would be useful to have some drawers in the bedroom but there was plenty of other storage. Communication with owner was always prompt and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Best holiday experience

Beautiful villa inside & out. Ideal for 2 couples with having bedroom & bathroom on 2 floors gave privacy. We made lots of use of the generous outside south facing private pool area. Lisa Bret & Jodie were very helpful for anything we needed Thankyou to you all we will be back next year .

Simply WONDERFUL PROPERTY

FIRST the villa is everything stated spotless great layout tbh can’t fault in any way .Wee stayed here for 2 weeks could not RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH very close to main centre also marina close .Also host Lisa there to help in an instant very impressive and pool cleaning and villa cleaning included in service Lisa offers .So if looking for tranquil holiday fantastic area pool great gated complex for extra security tho not needed place so quit and friendly also all you need for great hood start at VILLA MARIESA you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely villa.

Home from home, with everything you could need for your stay. Small pool, freezing in February but Im sure will heat up in summer and we could have had it heated. Nice to have a private patio/ pool area. It is a bit of a walk, maybe 20 mins into marina area but fine as long as you have no mobility issues.

Relaxing break

Nice clean house, in gated community. Only the two of us, so plenty of room for our month stay. Mixed it up, either ate out at any of number of restaurants or made use of the bbq. Bit of an incline walking to nearest supermarket or marina. Only negative. There was a cat who we had to keep an eye on, especially if any of the doors were open. Wouldn't put us off returning though, and would recommend.

We enjoyed the house very much. It had all we needed: nice beds, fully equiped kitchen, wi-fi, pool, quiet area, clean. The only thing we think could be an improvement is bikes since it is at least 10 minutes to walk to the store and more to the central areas of the village. And we also had some difficulties understanding the description how to find the way to the house the first day. But we are happy to recommend the house!

Great Villa

We were provided excellent information from Lisa prior to our arrival so gained entrance to the secure complex easily. The Villa was spotless and a lovely card and welcome gifts was a lovely personal touch. The beds are very comfortable and both bedrooms are light and airy. The kitchen is large with everything you could need including a dishwasher- we ate out most nights but having a fridge freezer was great. The pool was easy to cover and it keeps the heat in the cushions for the loungers maybe need updating but even without using those the sun beds were comfy. It is a mile to the marina so probably a 20 minute stroll and 15 to the nearest supermarket. Taxis are cheap and again Lisa provided us with a number and they understood us in English. We had a late check in so requested a late check out and again Lisa responded very quickly can’t fault the host and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Relaxing Holiday! Great Area

The booking of the villa was so easy and Lisa was a pleasure to deal with answering any queries I had. The villa is absolutely beautiful and we availed of the pool heater which Lisa informed me had just been added. We spent most of our days lounging around in the lovely pool/patio area and we headed down to the Rubicon Market and shopping areas. There is a large local supermarket as outlined on the property ad only a 10 minute walk away and there is a new addition to the area right opposite the supermarket - a Waitrose/Iceland supermarket stocking well known UK brands. Its great to see the area developing. We are big fans of Playa Blanca and will most certainly book to stay in this villa again.

Fantasy

We have just spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Las Velas. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean and on further investigation very well equipped. Having been coming to Playa Blanca for the past 12 years I thought I knew where we were heading to. So my advice would be to read the directions Lisa gives you and keep them handy even if, like me, you think you know where you are going. We arrived in the dark and got a little lost, thankfully a knight in shining armour (in the shape of Brett) arrived and helped us find the villa. We had a car because my elderly mother was with us, so no matter how far from the centre the villa is, she is unable to manage to walk, but I would suggest that if you aren't keen on walking, a car is needed. We like walking so when we had the opportunity we did walk to the Marina and it took about 25mins, but it's a fair distance if you are carrying shopping back. However, there are plenty of taxis. The villa is set over two floors, with the living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and another double bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Both bedrooms look out to the pool area and the patio doors in the living room open onto the pool area. The pool was exceptionally clean and an absolute delight. The depth was just right and level throughout, which is ideal for smaller ones. It is pleasantly set out and very inviting. There are plenty of places to eat out both at the Marina and in Playa Blanca centre and along the sea front. Da Vinci's in Playa Blanca centre is not only good value for money, but also very nice and the staff are very friendly. There is also a snack bar/ veg shop (that doesn't appear to have a name) which is excellent value for money, offering a daily breakfast deal for €3.50, but don't expect a full English! All in all we've had a fabulous time and would certainly come to villa las velas again. Thank you Lisa, Jodie and Brett
