"We had a lovely stay on this boat. Communication was excellent, as was the check-in process. We are hoping to book again next year. We have stayed on a couple of boats in the marina and this was our favourite. "

White-washed buildings with vibrant green shutters line the streets of this pristine village near Timanfaya National Park's volcanic landscapes. Explore nearby El Golfo's emerald lagoon or visit local artisan shops before dining at restaurants serving traditional Canarian potatoes with mojo sauce.
Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The facility was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities.
I loved beginning each day seated alongside a lovely pool area not far from a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and the hallways were quiet.
We loved our stay at Hotel Lava Beach.

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. I was inquiring how to purchase their wonderful-smelling lotion, shampoo & conditioner on our way out. These gents made it happen at the drop of a hat;...

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!

We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status.
It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade.
Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes.
Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants.
Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleased with my experience. The room was a bit warm in the afternoon, but no AC was promised, so that was expected. Breakfast was basic, which matched the cost, and was sufficient to start the day.
Check-in was handled at a separate location, which was slightly unusual, but check-out was simple and straightforward. Overall, for the price, this hotel offered a very good experience, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for good value.
