Lovely property very close to harbor but far enough away to be quiet. The room was comfortable and we had the ocean view version with a great view. Staff very nice and helpful.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? From the time you enter the massive fortress doors, you are ushered into paradise. The staff is top notch--nothing is too small or overlooked. I loved the staff honestly they were super friendly with my daughter and me… My daughter was very comfortable with davinda. She became good friends with the surf instructor Kyle and loved the surfing experience she had with him making it one of the most wonderful experiences she had … The chef was extraordinary there making sure I tried authentic Sri Lankan food … Over all I’m definitely visiting them again when coming to Sri Lanka … The resort was out of this world honestly…

We're a New Zealand family of four living in the UAE and stayed for eight nights in mid October. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the traditional Sri Lankan welcome dance was a lovely touch. All rooms face the ocean. Hotel is very nice, rooms are big and clean, and breakfast is delicious. Very quiet perfect for couples. If you looking to surf Infront of the hotels and more dining options around you, this spot will not fit.

This most comfortable and cleaned hotel we stayed through out our trip in Srinlanka. Room were super clean and comfortable. Staff the owner her wife and two other person were extremely helpful and positive. I recommend this Hotel whenever you are in UNAWATUNA>.
