"This is our second time staying at Opus. Love this boutique hotel! The staff is wonderful--special shout our to Front Office Mgr., Scott and to front desk person Patricia. Everyone is warm and helpful. I didn't have enough room in my suitcase for clothes I'd bought while in BC and Patricia went out of her way to find a box and then boxed them up and sent them back to our home. The rooms are cheerful and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Ordered room service and their French Toast was scrumptious. We plan to stay at Opus each time we're in Vancouver. There's also a Starbucks across the street for great inexpensive oatmeal. Many thanks to the wonderful staff for making our time so enjoyable. "
