山形駅直結で大変きれいなホテルなので、山形に行く時はほぼこちらでお世話になっています。個人的には南館の方が快適に過ごせると感じます。 一点、今回は朝食を和食レストランで頂きましたが、提供まで20分以上待たされました。入口でその旨を告知されたのでクレームはしませんが、規定の朝食の時間帯にも関わらずタイムリーに提供できないのは、準備不足と言わざるを得ません。今後は改善して頂きたいので、今回の総合評価は星一つ減点させて頂きました。

南館に宿泊。部屋がとてもキレイで気持ちが良かった。部屋はあまり広くないので大きなスーツケースを広げるのに苦労した。

JR山形駅と直結している。フロントロビーのエリアは広くて静か。本館10階のツインルームは広くて清潔だった。朝食ビュッフェは十分な種類と質で満足。

子どもと泊まれる３人部屋を探していて見つけました。簡易ベッドとしては立派で、部屋の広さも十分にあり、ゆったり泊まれました。風呂の洗い場があったのも良く、子どもを入浴させるのにも助かりました。

シングルベット4つのフォースのお部屋は数が少ないので、家族旅行では大変助かりました。 お部屋は浴室が広く、トイレと浴槽に余裕があり、ゆっくり使えました。 アメニティーもいろいろそろっており、充実していました。 部屋にある、冷蔵庫の扉の開閉部分　皆さんが手をかけるところが汚れていたのが少し残念でしたが、概ね満足です。
