My daughter and I have stayed at this hotel every summer 5 to 7 days past 12 years. We've stayed at corner queen and two double beds rooms. The rooms are not large, but modern, clean, and functional. The staff are good and helpful. The breakfast buffet features local dishes. It's excellent. The kitchen staff are good. The dining room is opened for free drinks, ice cream, and this year, for night time soba. There are larger rooms, which are great for families. There are always many people on their business trips. Minutes by walk to a large supermarket, seven eleven, Yamagata train station, and other places. It's more expensive than other hotels around the area.

Stayed 4 nights, beside being good at location, reasonable price; service was superb. My luggage delivery was challenging when I had to recall it back all the way from Aomori due to tsunami- earthquake alert, and the staff were very patient, took the trouble to call Yamato to ensure my luggages was safely sent back. Thanks to a gentleman staff (4/20) who find me a good rroom rate to extend extra day and make 1st call to Yamato, and Ms Sato San (4/23) who again called to check when my luggage didn't turn up on time. Much appreciated!! Will definitely come back again.

Great Location & Awesome Staff

Loved my stay here! It is right by the bus and train station, so it is very convenient. The staff were really lovely and helpful. I had so many questions and they were able to help with all of them. I also loved that they had extra toiletries for women-- including face masks and hair ties! The breakfast was yummy and the coffee/tea availability throughout the day was great. I would absolutely stay here again.

Toiletries and bath related soap, tea and drip coffee are "all you can take". There's lounge which offers complimentary soft serve (milk, Kyoho grapes and both), soft drinks and coffee. The breakfast buffet offers freshly fried tempura. The chawanmushi is a delight but it's limited servings. Went at 7am but there was only 2 left.

朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しかったです。 山形の名産のたまこんにゃく、芋煮、ミニラーメン、西京豚焼き、山形のだしなどはもちろんですがヨーグルトもドライフルーツを入れたり、サラダも種類が豊富で夫、子供共に大満足でした。 ドリンクバー＆アイスが早朝から夜まで無料で20時から80食限定で肉そばが無料だったのですがこれもまた美味しかったです♪ アメニティも豊富で子供用のアメニティも完備されていてスタッフも初心者マークをつけていましたがとても丁寧で好印象でした。 また山形に来た際は泊まりたいなと思います

2度目の山形訪問。迷わず1度目訪問にも利用したこちらのホテルにしました。夜にラウンジでいただいた肉そばおいしかったです。また、ラウンジ利用が24時まで、フリードリンクもありがたかったです。部屋も問題なくキレイでした。また山形に行くことがあったら利用させていただきます。
