Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip.

Beautiful views, several private and/or 2 public onsen options, delicious and filling traditional Japanese meals (breakfast and dinner), lots of free amenities, free valet parking and wonderful hospitality.

The hotel was beautiful. We had a tatami room that faced the landscaped garden. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel bath was also nice. We didn't use the bathing area in the room so I can't speak to that. Staff spoke some English and were very helpful. Hotel location is a bit of a long walk to town. Regretted not purchasing the hotel breakfast. You need to order breakfast/dinner in advance because this is s traditional, if large, Japanese inn.

Love everything! The food was included which was so extravagant and good and the Onsen was so relaxing that I didn't want to leave after that good night's sleep.

Great resort right on the beach. Clean room while dated, it was well maintained and staff was visible and helpful. Did Half board and both Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Restaurant staff was rated 5 stars. Explained every dish. We took advantage of the large public bath, the intimate outdoor Onsen and our private bath in the room All were great. It's something of a best of both worlds, as you have the comfort and style of a traditional inn, supported by all the amenities and staff of a modern-style hotel. I opted to include the Kaiseki Tasting menu for dinner, and it's something that was absolutely amazing - definitely include this option! Breakfast was amazing as...
