Inside, enjoy a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a Smart TV, three generously sized Queen bedrooms, a large functional kitchen, and two bathrooms. The laundry, equipped with a top-loader washing machine, ensures practicality.
Stay connected with included Wi-Fi. Outside, the expansive backyard, fully fenced for privacy, features a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. Explore the nearby Whiting and Turners Beach, just a 10-minute drive away, or choose from Yamba's array of beautiful beaches.
