Located on the first floor this luxury four bedroom, two bathroom apartment incorporates a north east aspect along with two large outdoor living areas to maximize the space and function of this large, modern apartment.

Zinc 1 is spacious, awash in natural light and is infused throughout with cooling sea breezes and glimpses of ocean. Ideally located with a choice of three of Yamba's most popular beaches at the end of the the street, your hardest decision will be Main Beach, Covent or Pippi for your morning swim.
There will be not much need for the car either, you can leave it safely locked away in the undercover parking as restaurants, cafes, shops and the Pacific Hotel are all a casual stroll away.

Week in Yamba

Wonderful property in a great location well equipped with everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy your time in beautiful Yamba. The property was amazing, easily accommodating 8 of us, loved the large deck great for unwinding with a few cold drinks and BBQ, while discussing everyones days activities.
