"Great staff, very friendly and helpful, great location yet quiet on an upper floor. Heater worked fine, everything fine in room except the shower could not maintain hot water for more than 15-20 seconds at a time, so showers were a bit of a struggle cycling through hot water then suffering cold water and waiting for hot water again. I took 8 showers so time of day did not seem to matter. Shower had a door though so that was good. Reception not on ground level but I liked not having 2 separate elevators to get to the room."

"As others have noted, the lifts are something of a bother but if you aren’t rushing to get somewhere then it isn’t a problem. In terms of cleanliness, the place “felt” clean but unfortunately we found someone else’s drink bottle on our windowsill so I guess there’s room for improvement. Location is absolutely splendid, and the food and drink available on site were great and (for the city) reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed food service to our room and breakfast was just wonderful."
