"This hotel exceeded my expectations, especially the check-in speed—it was done in just 2 minutes, which was a huge relief after a long trip. The front desk staff were polite and attentive; they made sure I knew how to use the room’s AC and even offered extra towels. "Check in was quick. The room was clean. Breakfast had a wide variety to select from. If you want to swim in the pool, you need to bring a bathing cap!! The best part of our stay was meeting Julia from Guest Relations. She speaks Russian and was helpful during our stay as there were Russian speakers in my group. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the laundry service was truly impeccable. The only downside was the breakfast buffet—options were sometimes limited for vegetarians who do not eat eggs. Aside from that, it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel"
