"We worried based on some of the negative comments but decided to book anyway based on the location. The location was fantastic as it was one block from Ebisucho subway stop. There were also lots of shops and restaurants close by. The twin room itself was small which is typical for Japan, however it was fairly quiet as we were on the 8th floor. The room was clean and didn’t have any smoke odours, but the room carpet could have used daily vacuuming when the sheets/towels were changed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. "
