Room was of bad standard... Too old and dirty for Bastos. Room was too small. Bedshits with holes... The bathroom was not clean and strong odour.

Great customer service

The receptionist was wonderful at handling some online issue access that was causing them not to see my payment. They settled me in a room right away and worked out the issue later. That was really appreciated

mon sejour à l'hotel Indra

Je regrette d'avoir choisi cet hotel. la qualité de service est moyenne, la propreté laisse à désirer, l'accueil fut simplement déplorable avec des receptionnistes qui bossent 24h d'afffilé et qui ont du mal à esquisser un sourire du fait de la fatigue. Pas de petit dejeuner le dimanche alors que c'est inclu dans le tarif prepayé.

i.reserved that hotel for my wife and kid there was no water very dirty place one twin bed i did not apreciated the hotel the contact doesn't work it was a very bad and poor service that i.never get in my entire life

A l'arrivée : draps et taies d'oreiller sales (inchangés par rapport au client qui nous a précédés). odeur nauséabonde à l'entrée de la chambre (confirmée par la gérante qui a du aller chercher un désodorisant) le bas du lit : poussiéreux avec des odeurs (comme si ça n'avait jamais été nettoyé depuis des années). A la douche : serviettes sales inchangés à notre arrivée (celle du client précédent était encore là et était sale), il a fallu réclamer 2 serviettes propres (la dame = Agnes, ne voulait nous en donner qu'une pour deux alors qu'on a réservé pour 2 personnes). Le papier hygiénique aussi est donné au compte goutte ; quand on en réclame c'est comme si on dérange. Concernant le ménage, on a découvert le lendemain que la chambre n 'a pas été nettoyée : quand on s'en est plaint, on nous a expliqué qu'il fallait qu'on laisse la clé à l'accueil avant d'aller en balade et qu'on demande que le ménage soit fait. sans ces deux conditions : aucun ménage n'est fait. rien nous a été expliqué à ce sujet à notre arrivée
