The boardwalk is great for walking, and it’s easy to explore nearby towns. This was my third trip here this summer, and every time it feels peaceful, friendly, and full of love. Fire Island is truly a party island on the weekends—such a blast! Highly recommended! I always book in advance through Expedia and find great deals. "

"I went with my 2 sons and their children. My son made the arrangements a month ago and booked 2 rooms, they put them on separate floors 2& 3. I booked only last week and I was put on the 1st floor. I didn't ask to be near them but I was surprised they weren't close to each other. And of course I wound up with everyone in my room. This is usual. So a nice visit for us all "
