"Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom. And what a surprise when we found our room stocked with wine, chocolates, nuts fruits cheese and cake in honor of our 52 nd anniversary, with a card! ALWAYS WANTED TO STAY THERE, M NOW I WILL RETURN EACH YEAR. Room was spacious and close to the mansion and so comfortable. If you want to feel special come here."
