"Excellent hotel. The room and the bathroom very spacious and clean. The restaurant buffet was very complete and beautifully presented. The swimming and the sauna were great. There are many options for shopping and eating nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, with initiative to assist whenever I had any questions. Highly recommended. "

"My husband had been staying at this hotel many times but for.me its my 1st visit. I enjoed my stay here. Very comfortable bed, and pillows. Apartment comes with washing machine and kitchenette where we can prepare some meals. Having Lulu supermarket next door is very convenient to buy groceries and the Mall has a few places to grab some food."

"I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times...

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, very honourable..... "I didn’t receive email with apartment # & access code, which created issue since there is no reception. The security people were very helpful & guided me & they managed to connect me to Silkhaus manager. After that there was an issue with opening the door lock which took 30 mins to figure out. "
