"I had a great experience during my stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What really stood out was the exceptional service every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional.
A special shout out to the spa team they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more relaxing."

The customer service was also exceptional. Staff members were consistently warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt genuinely welcoming.
Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to satisfy any appetite. It was the perfect way to start the day.
The only downside is that there’s no on-site restaurant service after breakfast, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the hotel has partnered with another property just a few steps away, where complimentary services are available for guests. This made the lack of in-house dining far less of an issue.
Overall, an excellent hotel for travelers who value cleanliness, top-notch service, and a great start to the morning!
