"Breakfast buffet was good. The small snack shop was great. It had a Lawson store in the hotel which was convenient. A shop with souvenirs was small but had the right items to purchase as last minute gifts. It was a good night stay after a long flight with free shuttle. It takes you back to the airport so you can connect to your next destination."

"This was such a lovely hotel. The first place we stayed on arriving in Japan and it left a lasting, very happy, impression. They gave us a beautiful room with a view of the sky tree tower to celebrate a special occasion, and were extremely helpful when I temporarily misplaced our passports and lost my glasses! "There was an early option for breakfast in the other building which started at 0530. The main building breakfast started at 0630. Good food and many choices. It was easy transportation back and forth to the airport to enjoy their reasonably priced restaurants and shopping. "
