"Our stay at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo was such a beautiful way to end our trip to Japan! The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind. The magnificent gardens and beautiful pool made the hotel feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of Tokyo. After busy days exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a relaxing setting. Give yourself time to enjoy the hotel, pool, and gardens—they’re all part of what makes this place so special. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return!"

"I stayed here in Tokyo for two weeks and just back to USA yesterday, the things I love about this hotel was the included toiletries in the bathroom so you don’t need to bring anything except for shaving cream, the room was and property was very spacious and convenient, with a family mart across the street and enough restaurants around there is ample things to choose from which makes this location great. Will stay here again if I return to Tokyo"
